- Mandata supports users in a variety of ways providing detailed how-to guides, support articles, training, as well as telephone and remote support.
- You can search Help within the customer portal My Mandata for how-to guides on any Mandata software. If you are unable to find what you need talk to one of our Help desk advisors.
- Mandata provides unlimited support to all subscribers. Any Mandata user can contact our Help desk team for support.
- When you contact our Help desk team, we direct your call to the best team to respond to your query.

Our Help desk is available Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, and Saturday morning from 9 am to 12 noon.

We offer extended support hours for IT issues. You can call our Help desk team using a different telephone number: 0191 244 9292 Monday to Friday 07:00 – 08:00 18:00 – 21:00 and Saturday 12:00 - 17:00 as well as bank holidays except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
We also provide our Cloud customers with a 24-hour telephone number for business-critical system down issues. If you require further information on our support services, please contact us for details.
There are extensive help guides for all of Mandata products including your Integrated toolkit of solutions. You’ll find everything you need to know about the specific features within each product on-line on our user portal My Mandata.
