About the role:

Within this role, you will be responsible for the ownership of sales administration/invoicing for the Mandata Group customers. Ensuring accurate processing of sales orders & invoicing. 

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing & confirming sales opportunities in salesforce to the agreed signed sales contract.
  • Processing reviewed opportunities into live projects in salesforce.
  • Monthly review of ending sales contracts for CPI increases & attending churn log meeting.
  • Monthly review & processing of auto renewal sales contracts.
  • Monitoring of cancelled contracts & reviewing with sales team.
  • Review of NOW customer subscriptions through Stripe. Setting up of new customers in Salesforce.
  • Attending monthly billing call to review active projects to confirm required month’s sales invoices.
  • Processing of all sales invoices for Mandata Data Services & Mandata Network in Sage 200.
  • Processing & distribution of monthly DD Schedules.
  • Cover for the monthly Solutions maintenance invoice schedule.
  • Cover for the monthly Network DD & credit card invoices.
  • Processing the relevant credit notes in sage 200.
  • Purchase ledger invoice processing.
  • Assisting the credit controller where required on customer invoice queries.
  • Ad hoc tasks.

Person specification:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Working knowledge of Sage 200 & Sales Force would be advantageous.
  • A commitment towards delivering quality customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Approachable with good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff effectively at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning.
  • The successful candidate must be passionate about what they do, full of energy and have a “can do” attitude.
