This is a hands-on senior role that will suit a strategically minded, results-focussed digital marketer with a practical ‘get it done’ approach. Key responsibilities include the delivery and managing of marketing programs ranging from online demand generation, SaaS growth programs, funnel optimisation, as well as reporting and tracking of our KPI’s to drive increased market adoption and achieve our revenue goals.

This is a commercially focused role that will work to create a deep interlock between our marketing and sales teams to ensure successful execution for designated products and solutions. Key responsibilities include discovery and identification of opportunities that Mandata’s products will solve in the sector, the launch of new features and products, enablement of internal teams, content creation (for internal and external audiences) and competitive monitoring and analysis.

As Receptionist you will be required to deal with email and telephone queries in a timely and professional manner.

Additional tasks will include ensuring the smooth running of the office including greeting guests, the management of meeting rooms and associated requirements and managing all administrative needs including the ordering and distribution of general office needs such as stationery and kitchen supplies.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.
