Managed implementation and full system training

Your implementation project will be managed closely with you and training provided to make the transition to your new systems as smooth as possible.

Before any work will start, you’ll meet our Implementation Team. They will work closely with you throughout the implementation process. It is their role to ensure our software meets your exact needs and to ensure the process is completed as smoothly as possible.

Helping you get up and running with our 5-Step Implementation Process:

  Needs Analysis

You’ll meet the Implementation Team assigned to your project. They’ll manage the implementation of your software, guide you through the set-up, training and go-live process.

At this meeting we’ll get to know more about your business and gain a clear understanding of your expectations. This will involve requirement gathering and scoping to produce an outline project plan and functional specification.

  Set up, Configure and Super User Training

The first stage is to carry out a Process Review to establish current workflow, processes and procedures.  This will involve any required data migration, discussion on how best to configure various elements of the system to arrive at a functional design, including documentation and reports.

  User Acceptance Testing and Refinement

The following visits will be a turn-key process of discussing and configuring the system to match your requirements. This will involve your staff and Mandata Implementation Team.

  User Training

A training plan will be compiled and agreed then training will be delivered to key users and/or all staff.

   Live Sign off

A review will be carried out and any issues resolved ready for your system to go-live and transfer to ongoing support and account management. Implementation staff will always be on-site to support you when you go-live with your Mandata system. This should be a smooth process that involves minimal disruption to the normal day-to-day routines of your business.
