Mandata has introduced new functionality in Web Services Manager, which allows you to receive email alerts when a driver exits a depot without inserting their tacho card, minimising lost drivers’ hours data.

Using this new functionality, you can receive an alert within seconds, allowing you to prompt the driver to insert their tacho card.

Setting up alerts is quick and easy. You can set up email alerts by fleet, depot, or for all vehicles providing you have Web Services Manager, Mandata Tracking and Geo-fencing.

Please note you will also need to have specific locations set up within Geo-fencing.
