AQ Logistics first used Mandata as a basic logging system. Large amounts of paperwork throughout the business was time-consuming and getting information along with proof of delivery and invoicing took long.
Trucks going out weekly or fortnightly took up to two weeks to return paperwork, which meant invoicing was also delayed by two weeks.
Before Mandata, their system involved logging jobs in files and if customers requested documents, they would have to be pulled out manually, scanned in and set off for proof of delivery.
They then implemented Mandata’s integrated apps, and they haven’t looked back since.
