According to a recent survey conducted by Logistics UK, many transport businesses are failing to keep their workforce at the heart of their digital transformation and in a climate where businesses were forced to work from home or close their doors, colleague buy in has never been more important.

The report shows 29% of transport businesses find their employees are reluctant to embrace new technologies, on the other hand 17% of business leader would like to implement. As business leaders value productivity of their people finding the balance could be hard if the workforce is resistant to change.
