With Mandata you can have live visibility of your fleet and loads, as well as receiving real-time job status and ETA updates.

As well as your planners being able to see job progress to ensure jobs are going to plan, the TMS can also send your customers notifications based on progress changes. It’s easy to set this up, and can save you so much time.

It’s easy with a Mandata TMS! All the job details can be sent from the TMS to a driver’s mobile app we call the Manifest app.  It means you can send jobs in the sequence you’ve planned, and send updates to the driver should anything change.

Your admin team can view all your job details in the TMS, from order to proof of delivery.  If a driver delivers something different to the original order, the job amendments are fed back to the TMS for the team to review, and adjustments made then accurate invoices emailed to your customers.

We handle 2,000 tyres every day and with over 56,000 tyres in stock with literally dozens of collections and deliveries every day, that presents a significant amount of admin, all of which I’m pleased to say is now in digital form and managed by the new Mandata system – making paperwork a thing of the past.
