- If an ETA changes by 5 minutes or more, a new SMS or email is sent, keeping everyone informed, in real time, of the driver’s progress.

- Fleet routes are enhanced using the vehicle’s dimensions, number of trailers, and whether you want to avoid treacherous roads and toll charges.
- These settings can be saved at fleet or vehicle level in the TMS and passed to the Navigation app to save time.
- The driver is prompted to check the settings before navigation begins and to change them if necessary, giving you full control of each journey’s specifics.
With GoPlus, invoicing is a much quicker process and the customer gets the invoice and other documentation together, in one email. This also means that invoice queries from clients are swiftly resolved.
Easy roadside inspection
Fleet inspections are uploaded to Mandata Transport Management System instantly for your team to see, whilst simple colour coding highlights if a vehicle has passed or failed. It also shows the time it took to complete the inspection, indicating whether a fleet check was carried out correctly.
