Using the Mandata Vehicle Checks App drivers can carry out inspections or walk-around-checks on the working condition of your vehicles using their smartphone. The results are then saved to Mandata Web Services Manager for the relevant staff in the office to process.
To ensure visibility even when an internet connection is not available, the inspection details are also stored on the drivers’ mobile device and seamlessly synchronised with Web Services Manager.

See time, date and geo-stamped inspection results for each vehicle in Web Services Manager. Seamless integration between your systems enables inspection results to be filed automatically against the correct vehicle.
Configure custom email alerts. Monitor the checks your drivers complete, as they’re completed by configuring email status alerts for vehicle checks in Web Services Manager.
Add image attachments to checklists. Drivers can take photos of faults or issues using the camera on their mobile device and save them to Web Services Manager.
