We are delighted to announce the launch of a new Manifest app to streamline communications with drivers and keep customers informed with a paperless manifest-to-POD solution.
The app makes the all-important connection between a company’s back-office systems and its drivers allowing the sharing of; manifests, job status updates, electronic documents and images of paperwork - effectively streamlining the transfer of timely information to allow greater transparency throughout the supply chain.
Designed to work on any Android or (Apple) iOS platform or Windows 10 Universal phone, using a compatible device, the app enables you to use the latest mobile technology, free from the constraints or costs often associated with legacy hardware. And, as well as the flexibility for drivers to use their own personal device, or one you provide them with, they can also benefit from using other work-related apps, such as the Mandata Vehicle Checks app or Mandata SmartDriveTM driver behaviour app.
Whether it’s knowing where the driver is in his sequence of jobs, quickly finding out there’s an issue with a delivery, making sure the POD gets back to the office for every job safe and sound, there are many ways the new Manifest app can add value to you and your customers.
