Mandata Group offers a warm welcome to the latest hire, Chelsea Robertson. The HR Business Partner role is a newly created position within Mandata in order to help us achieve our growth targets.
With nearly 10 years’ experience in HR, Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge and experience developing and maintaining positive business culture throughout our growth journey. Improving overall employee engagement, collaboration and productivity whist also taking a lead on employee wellness, personal development, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Chelsea’s new role includes overseeing all things relating to ‘people’, everything from attracting new talent to our business and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles, ensuring we continue to learn, develop and much more!
We asked Chelsea if there was anything she’s particularly looking forward to in her journey at Mandata. “I’ve been really excited about meeting everyone, I’m so thankful that we’ve been able to meet in person rather than just virtual. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with colleagues across the Group. I’m keen to get some quick wins in place whilst also working on more strategic projects. I’m really looking forward to being able to see and feel the individual impact that I have on our business.”
