Our software is developed in-house. By choosing Mandata, you have one point of contact for any query and we will be able to resolve your issue rather than pass it on.
When you need software support you will first speak to our front-line support staff who will log your call. They will be able to help you with any software user issues and escalate any tehnical issues to the relevant in-house team. We also provide an on-line call logging system and you can check progress on your call at any time. When your call has been closed, we will send you a notification email and ask for your feedback on the support service you have received. This ensures we can make ongoing improvements to the service we provide.
