New Customer Support Director joins Mandata

Mandata, a leading transport management software provider, is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Renton as their Customer Support Director.

Andrew joins Mandata with more than 15 years’ experience in the IT service industry, transforming service desks to deliver the highest standards of customer service, using KPIs such as NPS and CSat scoring, to achieve continual service improvements.  He spent 9 years at the Technology Services Group (TSG) as a Technical Consultant and moved to Aspire Technology Solutions, where he worked his way up through the business.

Andrew became responsible for managing the support function as Head of Support Services working with a diverse portfolio of businesses including SMEs, public sector, large enterprises, and blue-chip organisations.  He then took on the role as Head of Customer Support at Managed IT Support provider, Cybit in 2020.

Andrew said: “I’m excited to join Mandata and to be working with such a knowledgeable team. My focus will be on implementing innovative support structures to deliver continual service improvements to our customers, and ensuring our support service is delivered as smoothly as possible.”

Leading a team of 15 support professionals, based across the UK and Ireland, Andrew will be reviewing the support functions across all Mandata product platforms including Enterprise, GoPlus, Go and Stirling transport management systems, and implementing processes and procedures to align with industry standards and modern ways of working.
