The DIP solution will allow your business to convert paper documentation into image files and control access to these files through the personal computer and your computer network. In addition to images of paper, other file types can be stored and retrieved such as Word documents or Excel spreadsheets.

You will have rapid access to stored information when you need it, with single or multi-user access.

Documents are stored in secured areas called Cabinets. The contents of each Cabinet are definable by the user and access to them can be strictly controlled.

The software is compatible with all document scanners and can manage monochrome or colour images. You can scan single pages or multiple pages using a simple user interface and easily manage groups of documents using stapling and splitting techniques.

Use powerful search facilities to easily retrieve stored documents. Then annotate, highlight, e-mail and fax the documents directly as required.
